Refund Policy

Because Aoki is digitally delivered software, refund eligibility should be assessed under the policy disclosed at purchase and applicable law. A license suspension or revocation for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, license sharing, or a material violation of the Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Monthly subscriptions

Canceling a monthly subscription stops future renewal charges. Access ordinarily continues through the already-paid billing period unless the license is otherwise suspended or revoked under the Terms.

Third-party enforcement

Third-party warnings, restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other enforcement actions do not by themselves establish refund eligibility.

Draft policy. Define your final refund window and exceptions and obtain legal review before accepting live payments.
