Terms of Service

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, Aoki grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the software under these Terms. A license does not transfer ownership of Aoki or its intellectual property. Lifetime licenses provide access for the supported lifetime of the applicable Aoki product or service. Monthly licenses require an active, paid subscription.

2. Third-Party Platforms and Account Actions

Aoki is independent software and is not responsible for the rules, policies, enforcement systems, anti-cheat systems, moderation decisions, or actions of third-party games, servers, platforms, publishers, developers, or service providers. Use may violate third-party rules and may result in warnings, restrictions, suspensions, permanent bans, loss of access, or detection by third-party enforcement systems. Aoki does not represent or guarantee that the software is undetectable, “ban-safe,” or immune from enforcement.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether your use complies with the agreements and policies applicable to any third-party service. You assume the risks associated with choosing to use the software.

4. Suspension and Revocation

Aoki may suspend, restrict, or revoke a license when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address fraud or chargebacks, prevent unauthorized distribution or resale, respond to abuse, comply with legal obligations, protect Aoki infrastructure, or address a material violation of these Terms. Revocation does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by law or an applicable refund policy.

5. Sharing and Resale

Licenses may not be sold, rented, sublicensed, shared, distributed, or transferred unless expressly authorized. Licenses may be limited to one active device. Attempts to circumvent activation or licensing controls may result in suspension or revocation.

6. Availability and Updates

Aoki may be updated, modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued. Features may change as the software develops.

7. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aoki is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Aoki does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every system or third-party software version.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aoki and its owner/operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for third-party bans, suspensions, restrictions, loss of accounts, virtual items, or access arising from use of the software. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Payments

Lifetime purchases are charged once. Monthly subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal and does not necessarily end access before the conclusion of an already-paid billing period.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Material changes may be communicated through the website, software, or another reasonable method.

By purchasing or using Aoki, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
